Week Four: Time to switch off – cut down screen time and sleep well!

Halve the time you spend in front of the TV or computer this week, and write a story or draw a picture of your experience with New Zealand’s Healthiest Schools challenge instead.

Get creative this week and complete the challenge at school, work or at home.
Share your stories with us by 3pm Sunday each week.
